Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of choking as it contains small parts which easily detach and fit wholly inside the small parts cylinde, therefore posing a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.

Corrective action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.

The product presents a serious risk of choking as one of the yellow buttons on the jacket detached at a force of 58 ± 0.6 Newtons (N), the two pink buttons detached at forces of 71 ±0.7N and 54 ±0.5N and the metal stud detached at a force of 32 ±0.3N i.e. less than the specified minimum of 90 N. All the detached components fitted wholly inside the small parts cylinder of dimensions specified in paragraph 8.2 and therefore pose a potential choking hazard to a child under 36 months.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
