August 26 is National Dog Day, which is a cause for celebration of your favorite furry friend, whether through a Facebook post gushing about how wonderful your best friend is, or getting them a treat for being a good boy or good girl.

In fact, there are many brands that are slashing prices on dog food and treats in honor of National Dog Day, so you might be able to not only have your dog smiling, but you smiling as well by taking advantage of some incredible savings for your dog.

We’re highlighting some of those deals below, but be as quick as your dog chasing a tennis ball through your backyard, because some of them expire once National Dog Day has passed.
