Product: Playtive Safari Wooden Monkey Rattle and Wooden Elephant Gripper Toy

Hazard: The product presents a risk of choking due to easily detachable small parts.

Corrective action: Recall of the product from end users

The toys present a choking hazard as the rivets may become loose, creating small parts which are a potential choking hazard for babies and small children.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
